Our curated selection of tonewoods range from UK-grown Ash, to exotic Zebra wood.
We only buy our feedstock when we find the quality and price mix that will allow cost effective instrument building, but with a finish that is second to none.
Instrument kits are the Silver Cat speciality. We already supply cigar box guitar kits, with ukulele and guitar kits coming during 2021.
We supply a basic cigar box guitar kit for £45, right up to a classical guitar kit with Rosewood and Ebony for £450.
We also provide a unique “oh shoot” insurance. If you crack, or mangle in any way, a guitar or ukulele side while attempting to bend it, we will (on you sending us a picture of the deceased side) sell you a single replacement side - or a pair if they need to be matched - rather than having to buy a full set, AND at a reduced price ... we want our customers to succeed, not stop at the first obstacle!
